Founded by Kristi Doolittle Wick in 2020, doolittle.design was built on more than a decade of experience in healthcare communications, marketing, and design. Before launching the agency, Kristi spent much of her career working throughout the Washington, DC region, culminating in her role as designer and acting art director at Children's National Hospital. There, she led a wide range of creative initiatives spanning print, digital, environmental graphics, advertising, social media, email marketing, and web design.

What began as a graphic design studio serving healthcare organizations, government contractors, and associations has evolved into a full-service boutique agency supporting a diverse range of clients. Today, we partner with small businesses, nonprofits, hospitality brands, wedding professionals, tourism organizations, and growing companies throughout Loudoun County and beyond.

As our agency grows, our mission remains the same: to provide personalized service, strategic thinking, and high-quality creative work without the layers and overhead of a large agency. We intentionally maintain a boutique approach, assembling the right team and resources for each project while ensuring every client receives the attention, collaboration, and responsiveness they deserve.
